For Portland Startup Week, the Lewis & Clark Law School is offering time with the Small Business Legal Clinic.
Business owners face legal questions at key moments of the business process. The Small Business Legal Clinic welcomes new and establish business owners who would like to know more about entity formation and trademarking to attend a presentation that will provide a basic framework for both issue and provide time for questions. The event is free, however, RSVPs are limited, so please only RSVP if you will be able to attend!
